Better sooner than later. This thread and the other thread are full of people being scammed by iGot in various ways and large amount.

I firmly believe if several people complained to Department of Fair Trading, they would get kicked in butt. I don't have an account with them (and I'm glad for it), but if I had one, I wouldn't wait and go ahead with a formal complaint.
