Any plans on answering other questions I asked? I might buy this as I discovered yesterday that buying and selling accounts is a nice business and on some quick research and going through forum threads, found its profitable too. If it has potential activity of 400+ then its somewhat worth ~0.3 still there would be a room of negotiation.

I'm not sure how to calculate the potential activity. Both posts and activity are the same and account was registered in 2011.
