In my humble opinion, China occupying some disputed and uninhabited sand bar can't be compared to America invading entire sovereign nations (such as Libya and Iraq) and bombing the orphanages and kindergartens in far away locations (such as Serbia). At least China is limiting itself to its immediate surroundings, unlike the US which is waging war all around the world.
