Hey I just an an issue with the site. I did an XMR withdrawal and it said there was a problem and to contact you guys. I don't see the transaction listed or showing up but the account has been wiped clean. It is a lot of xmr. Please help..

Yeah, I did thanks. I'm sure it's just a Monero wallet issue or something. I once had to wait a couple days for some NXT to withdraw from Poloniex cause they said the dev had to fix a bug with the wallet lol.

How do you tell in a Monero transaction what address the withdrawal was made to!?!

And how can you say it is just a "visual" error when I never got my deposit? There must be something else wrong here. The tx is not even in your history page. The last tx in there was my deposit. What's up with it? You must have the deposit address and payment id in your database (every Monero withdrawal I've done has been to the same deposit address I believe). Please help!!!

I manually checked the log, but your transaction seems to be processed without a Payment ID.

And no, you can't tell the destination address only from the transaction ID. You can only check the detail if you provide a PID.

I said it was a "visual" error because the history is not shown but the withdrawal did successfully processed and the tx is logged. The tx is not in the history page, but I sent you the tx in email.

Please be patient, I will do my best to solve this case. So far, there wasn't single unsolved withdrawal issue in SafeDice and I'd like to keep it that way. I'll PM you the follow up detail.
