It has been over a week since I sent my request into primedice support and I still haven't had any reply. I heard some folks had to wait two weeks so maybe I'll get a reply. Still though... sort of a sad panda right now

If they don't reply within 2 days then I recommend you to send them an email again. They usually do reply emails within 48hours, but in some cases they consume too much time.
Mine usually go through within 24 hours. I think it depends on the importance of the issue that creates a variance in response time.
Also, its possible that the support might have disregarded his request cuz they might think that the sender is trolling or isn't serious while requesting. So its always preferable to sign a message with an address from which you've sent coins to pd, this will certainly make your request look serious.
