For me it works like this: User is interested in the banner he sees, so he clicks on it and now he is on the advertiser's website. He is no more interested in doing something on the advertiser's website ( For some reasons.. ) so he goes away. & we are getting bans because of this, Bitmedia.io logic

This is only one of the factors I suppose. There are many other like, clicks by geographical position, IP, previous user activity, mouse/tap gestures, etc..
