Ok I am having a hard time setting up my two antminer s3+. When you say you can't login. Are you seeing the login screen on a IP? Or are you not able to connect to miner?

well the miner look like they are not being connected. i know for a fact the internet is OK. the green light are lashing. but when i type the old IP for the miner in the browser nothing happen.

Did they run on static IP's at old place. If so:

Are both using the same IP address assignments? Ex if old one was 192.168.1.X new one is also the same? (Just making sure moving you did not change)

If not static and dhcp log into router and see connected devices. Try the IP's and see if any connect to miner's.

This is not a internet connection problem but a networking issue at this point.
