Looks like a website which offer you to purchase something and you get a reward. It's need money for purchase, not really the best way to earn btc.

This is similar to earning Bitcoin while playing games. Do something you already do, but now earn money while you're doing it. The difference here is that you need to spend some money shopping, but you already do that, so that doesn't matter too much. But I do agree with ikydesu that it is not the best way to earn Bitcoin.
