How is the account's positive feedback looks like? Is the account having green/light green trust or just having some positive feedbacks under 'Untrusted feedbacks'? Also, is a signed message before the forum hack is available? If not then no one will buy it.
IMHO this account don't worth 0.18 because it is just reached Full Member and far away from Sr. Member. If it have normal trust and very high quality posts it will worth at most 0.1BTC.
