God uses whatever country works best for expanding His Word among the nations - around the world. Often He does this by making His "favored" country into a powerful nation for His work.

If you look at the history of America, you will find that America has in the past promoted God's mission work at times more than any other country. Even now, among all the sinning and apostasy found in America, this country is still one of the greatest promoters, spreading God's Word among the nations.

Consider, also, missions like Faith Comes By Hearing, formerly Hosanna, (https://www.biblegateway.com/), a group who promotes the Bible in over 500 languages by sending Bible CDs and Bible tapes to poor people around the world.

America is still one of the best promoters of God's Word so that people from every nation can be saved.

In addition, there is the part of my, above, post that you didn't quote. It talks about freedom for all people... how Americans can regain freedom from their own government that they seem to have lost. God wants freedom for people, just because that's the way He is. He would like freedom for all people so that they might spread His Word. But He offers the freedom even if they don't do His work. America has freedom built into her founding documents. Because of this simple fact alone, God favors America.
