Cant you create new transactions and send them automatically to another jd-address when enough coins were deposited? That way you could create clean integers and nothing is rounded down. We already do - we split the outputs in the JD wallets to be around 13.37 CLAMs each. I think that the rounding down doesn't happen any more - that was on old (the original?) version of the protocol I was describing.
