Mining rewards are rolling in, have been for something like a week now.

I didn't say he's not paying rewards. I said he wasn't mining with 850 GH/s. If he doesn't turn on the 850 GH/s soon he will run out of coins to pay the rewards with. Paying 'mining' rewards without actually mining isn't sustainable.
