Ie. At the moment 10 users have you on ignore.

An exact count would often allow people to guess who ignored them (it's probably someone they debated with recently). Or ignored people would try to guess and become suspicious about it, anyway.

People who are ignored a lot can see a range of ignore count possibilities by their posts.

If people could see who ignored them, I predict:
- Some people would be hesitant to ignore other people for fear of being called out.
- Some people would create a lot of drama whenever they notice someone new ignoring them.
- Some people would be more afraid of posting controversial things when they see that doing so causes their ignore count to increase.

No. It tells you how many people are annoyed by their posts, not whether the posts are good or substantial.

There's already an indicator of how ignored a person is.
