BetVIP have provided no information, despite claiming they will do so on what's left of their site.
I have sent 6 emails to them over the last 13 days.....they answered the first one saying they would send me my betting records showing they owe me nothing but haven't done so. Remember, 3 days before they folded, I could have withdrawn the whole 1.67 bitcoin if I'd wanted to.....suddenly they say I owe them it all.
Cloudbet said they'd take up my case but also no longer answer my emails nor private and public messages on this forum.
I had my initial deposit bonus like everyone else and nothing else.
I worked that bonus through, many, many times.
I am being ripped off and nobody will talk to me or let me know what is happening.
I don't doubt your story at all - it's Peeps that I'm disagreeing with. It sounds like the issue is entirely with BetVIP, not Cloudbet (i.e. the information that BetVIP gave Cloudbet regarding your account balance was incorrect), as in an earlier post you said:
They [BetVIP] tell me that I was given four bonuses in my 9/10 months of betting with them......Absolute nonsense, I was given the one when I joined just like everyone else and turned it over many, many, many times.
