The definition of object is:"a material thing that can be seen and touched.". It doesn't necessarily have to be anything related to aliens. As I've previously stated in this very thread, it could be a number of things, even someone flying out their drone. As long as it is flying and a person can't identify it, then it is classified as a UFO.

Yeah this is obviously a problem. I always wonder how people can't get access to cameras, or smartphones that record at least fHD in 2015. That's relatively easy. Anything under fHD is just bad for my eyes and can be more easily faked.
