If you were selling something in higher demand, the bitcoin sales would probably be higher.

Yes of course, however - through analysing our traffic we can see the majority of users that have accessed the site through bitcoin talk still choose to checkout via debit or paypal. We are thinking that a lot of adopters of bitcoin would prefer to hold their coins as they have a lot of confidence in the currency being a 'gold mine'
