A site that accepts unverified PayPal is going to be very hard to find. I would recommend Virwox to you but they only accept verified accounts. Your only option would seem to be to use PayPal with a friend who trusts you. Actually, there is one site that I know used to (beginning of 2014) accept unverified PayPal for small amounts (around $15-20) but I can't really recommend them because I've never actually tried them. https://cryptonit.net/faqI didn't know this about Virwox, they accept paypal unverified(no credit card/bank account needed to be verified). That would mean more susceptible to fake paypal accounts trying to do transactions. Heard they charge high fees, but don't know exactly how much. I would imagine 15-30% which nobody that has loyal exchangers would ever pay that much to do a deal.
