My point is that if you're having to contact support in the first place that indicates there has been a failing of some sort. My point is that I didn't need to contact Cloudbet because I didn't have any problems with them - I would have thought that's pretty obvious.
I know this just Im curious why are you base-ing your opinion on how often you use support service in cloudbet because Im sure that you realized that there are tons of other player in cloudbet and the fact that you dont use their support service regularly doesnt mean the other player doesnt use it regularly too. You may not know but there could be tons of support request as well in cloudbet and it doesnt mean that their service is unreliable / bad because of those many support service request.
I just find the number of ratings for them and comments about them to be a little suspicious.
The ratings here doesnt actually represent how good or how bad the sportsbook actually is since every user has a different experiences with these sportsbook
