I find it unlikely that a staff or admin member would ever sell their account though in all fairness, that'd probably be found out and the user demoted extremely quickly. It isn't really hard to see when someone has sold their account unless they're sneaky about it, and even then, with staff I'd imagine it'd be even harder to cover that up.
