It's not like I expected to be paid based on those past posts, but for future posts is that not correct? If that is really the case it isn't a problem for me to delete the off topic posts prior to being accepted smh.

Before being accepted people are looked at for quality of posts, posting history, etc. Posting history tells a lot about an account. I am guessing that is reason you were skipped over. But Macro or Bitcoin Boy can give a more official anwser then me I just guessed why, I could be all wrong.
