I don't play there anymore since I stopped playing dice, but the support was great and they answered either "really fast" or later the same day.

How much of that profit did you lose on a max bet? Go all in thinking that 90%+ chance wouldn't lose?

That is correct and incorrect at the same time. Primedice is a dice site, it's a business. So of course money is key. BUT, if users were not happy with the site, then primedice wouldn't be able to MAKE any money off them, correct?
