kraken, does not require any id for 2k dollars per day and 10k per months, bitstamp instead require id and proof of residence for every amount, rkaken sepa are much faster and cost virtually nothing($0.09)

Another vote for Kraken over bitstamp - superior trading platform, and the best btc/eur liquidity in the market. Both offer SEPA transfers, so you get the preferential rate if you have a EU bank account.
