If it's only for normal things like checking address balances then it only really depends personal taste. Most block explorers offer that functionality. If you are a programmer who wants to use a block explorers API then it depends on what the API offers and how often you can access it in rapid succession.

This one is nice. I like it. Really something special compared to the others.
