I don't think he can join any signature programs also.

Fastbets allows Negative trust accounts to join their signature campaign however, there will be a 50% reduction or off the rates. Still not bad if you bought a Senior Account with 0.01BTC and join Fastbets signature campaign and pays you 0.03BTC/month (regular is 0.06BTC)
