Mine happened at 15:54 (Scrypt time stamp). Seems all these missing/lost withdraw transactions happened the about the same time and on the same day. Yours was within minutes of mine.

Mine was at 2015-08-12 14:36:17 server (Brazilian) time. Amount 15.75141996. Still missing.
