I think we should
1) Iinitiate POS ASAP
2) Both POS & POW should have halving of rewards at least yearly; for POS probably until it reaches 1% yearly
3) POW should be the same- halving ASAP - if possible at around block 200,000 or around block 266, 166 (when total reach 2 million Joincoins)
4) Unless POW rewards drop ...comfortable with block rewards dropping to such as 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625/block (or maybe 0.64, 0.32, 0.16, 0.08, 0.04, 0.02, 0.01/block, etc.),....
...................................................) If nobody likes rewards lower than 0.5 or 0.1J/block, we might as well discontinue POW in a few months after dropping to a new halved reward schedule of 1 Joincoin/block.
Again, just a thought.
