We've just checked that faucet and it appears to be fully loaded from our end. It does say the balance is 53891166 satoshi, so I am not too sure why it says insufficient funds for you. If it continues to say that, feel free to disable the faucet on your home screen before rotating.

Hopefully the faucet works for you now - it still works on our end. The faucet, also, may not be available in your country if you still cannot claim.
