That's a weird reply considering that AV claims they did not acquire AM as a whole company, only some of their assets. Here's what they posted on reddit:

It's not looking good. I'd probably just demand refund.

I understand the massive confusion around these two messages. The acquisition took a lot longer than expected due to some financial commitment from the original Amagi Metals owners. We required those commitments be fulfilled before moving forward to continue the Amagi Metals brand and product offering (Bitcoin payments have been turned back on).
