Thanks, pawell777, that explains the context a little better. However, the OP can't be expected to keep the site online forever just in case someone finally comes along looking for 10mBTC. It seems to me to be reasonable that eventually the site closes and the if someone who left some money in an account comes along, they'll need to contact the admin via email or some other method.
