There'll always be someone interested, particularly because many scrypt.cc 'investors' have been US citizens.

And so what the fuck ever he is, it certainly isn't legal, but you don't even have a real name. His host is register under your stupid pseudonym that keeps circling. And therefore, i simply cannot do anything on my end. He does list plenty of data, yone of which is any of your concern, as i already have had him checked. So you lot still have nothing. Marcelo Santos, on paper at least is as real as it gets. Without reasonable cause we can't get a warrant.

Not sure what any of you thing "Probable cause" is, probably something along the lines of typical stereotypes of federal agents, but we just aren't going to bother.
