PS: My mother, without studies whatsoever, started working at one of the production lines at most likely the leading IT company back in the 80's (HP if you're curious) and over the years - and with a lot of hard work - she eventually became WW supply chain manager for the whole fucking company. She learned english on her own while raising 2 children as a single mother. Granted, in the end she made very good money, but one quarter of what she would have earned had she been a "man".
