BFL says they will deliver 60, not 40 GH/s, so you should adjust your % at least accordingly.

At the moment I will keep the expenses % at 25%. Because of the change of the difficulty (and decrease of the bitcoin output) this % will need to increase in the future. But at the moment I will not do that and pay ~75% of the output. I have looked into the solar panels and at the moment it has a payback time of about 8-10 years. This is not very bad, but the investment decision is not made yet.

True BFL now says that the upgrade is 60Ghz. Of course if the upgrade is producing this output the expenses% will change and I will make a new calculation of the expenses %. It that time I will need the definitive power specifications of the Single 'SC'.
