I rather pay $50 per kwh in an ugly but functional/ safe place then to pay $90 per kwh in a glamorous building with TV/cable, lake front, etc. Your miners doesn't care as long as it is cool and have enough juice.

Or you can spend $60/Kw with us and get the value and quality infrastructure
