If you "woke up" in the same place you slept, then chances are it is. Next time if you realize that it is a dream try to look for details you could not see in the room to verify if it is a dream or an astral projection

i really dont know if its astral projection, as much i remember in my dream the details are all the same that im still on the same room with different people around me every time i woke up, its kind a wierd really and scary. if its astral projection its should be 4 times i remember im banging my own head just to wake my self up.

Dreams aren't ment to be bad. I once had a weird experience where I go through my whole morning routine, sit down for cereal, then wake up at the table eating cereal. Not only was I sleeping and dreaming of my morning routine, but I was sleep walking my morning routine.

Anyway, if you're worried about your health, you have to work on your life habits. A cup of coffee before going to bed and only 4 hours of sleep are definitely not conducive of a good night's sleep.

i think i have to change my sleeping routine and life habits..
