But how did that translate into sales? He should have sold the business or hired people rather than shut it down. Seems silly to kill a bitcoin business. We need more companies not ones packing in just because its hard work. No business is easy but you have to work hard to reap the rewards. Shame.

He tried to sell the business, even had offers for $250k+ but felt it was worth more. Apparently waiting for that $10 million VC investment to make him rich.

On that note, does OpenBazaar have an auction feature or is it all just stores with fixed prices?

He should have just taken the quarter of a million for it. Better than it just lying dormant not doing anything.

And I think open OB has been released on some sort of beta I believe.
