Well there's a quote in the end of the post which is "users who post largely rubbish". Just logged in now after a weeks and Im surprise of what Yobit did. This is the first time they take an action and Im looking for more update rules to them in the future.

Maybe spamming a load of low quality posts isn't in the YoBit rules, but I think it's against the BitcoinTalk rules.

indeed. Users are also banned if they are spamming a lot. first 2 weeks and after that a few months.
