What does speaking English have to do with answering prayers? If God answers in Latin, or some Heavenly language, He still answers.

1. Cause and effect;
2. Universal entropy;
3. Universal complexity (which may be an observation rather than a law).

Put them together, and you have no other understanding than that God exists.
