In my opinion the coin should either be delisted or coinmarketcap should index the price from a real exchange. Currently the only one is this one: https://alcurex.org/index.php/crypto/BANX_BTC

Thanks for the link. Soon they will be transitioning to a BitShares based asset which should resolve the issues that you bring up.
