That is correct I think allthough that number might be lowered at some point.

When it is launched it will be evaluated to see how it is going and then it can be discussed. A couple of other platforms have node rewards, but ours is quite different in many ways, so it is hard to accurately predict the right amount. After the program is reviewed, adjustments could be made to the deposit for optimal decentralization, network support, and community participation. It might go lower, but it shouldn't go higher.
