Dmward, the exchange rate has helped tremendously, And you can negotiate some very good commercial base rates here even in Ontario (~$0.05 CDN/kWh) but we are subject to a Global Adjustment that varies monthly. It's supposed to be a + or - adjustment, but with these fucking liberals and their brilliant ideas on chasing manufacturing out of our province it's been strictly a positive value to the tune of an extra $0.09 as of lately.
