the account said she was banned for insubstantial post, after going through her history, she just mostly post in offtopic, one because her english kinda sucks and two, because she wants to know about bitcoin but doesnt really understand anything from a tech standpoint.
Most likely the admin will not help your friend if the reason for the ban was insubstantial post.
