The web site reset the best share everytime someone find a block. It means, you had a best share of 350m before we found it.

Your miner won't reset his bestshare, it's only the pool who reset the bestshare stats on his side when a block is found by the pool.

You can reboot your miner if you absolutely want the bestshare to be reset. You could also just restart the cgminer (software use by your S1 to mine at the pool) by clicking save and apply button in the miner configuration page (I guess it'll work, you can test it)
