First just to cover the bases. Are you running the latest wallet? Have you checked your firewalls on your pc and or your router to make sure that upnp is enabled or the right ports are manually forwarded? If the previous has been covered you can grab a list of known nodes from https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pot/#!network and add them either manually or copy/pasta them into your potcoin.conf file in your data folder.
