Well no according to my calculations , if you do it the right way you can get one by spending only 0.01-0.02. Not recommending it but getting a positive is not that hard as you guys think.

Yes it is possible but they will most likely not do it, as it will raise suspicions on their main acc. , and probably cause them to be removed from DT(as in case of QS).
