But unfortunately I can't find the mentioned Transaction on the network, nor did I ever receive the coins. I have the same issue with Poloniex.

I also doubt whether they did ever try to resync with the current nodes. First time they sent to my NAS account that previously got payments from Poloniex prior to the fork, but failed. Second time I created a new NAS account that never used before, but also failed.

This leads me to presume that they are still on an old fork. Sad
