Till now i not got any reply from 21st about the repayment. Can here anybody help me to find as he has any other Alt accounts. Please help me.

Nope he doesn't. You should research about people you loan to, if you did so you would have noticed that he already had a pending loan from whywefight. Well sorry for your (probable) loss, but at least he won't scam other people as Vod already has given him a negative feedback.
