i think only time will tell. as he said before, even he has no idea when is there a ban. so $10 for 2 yr is a risk. but like what u say, it is only 1month of premium for that $10 so the risk that you lost is very low.

do take note that if he over abuse it. the spotify will be able to notice it and cancel it.
