I've been waiting 25 days for 3 different coins withdrawals and 11 days since i sent documents for my verification.
No coins, no verification and not even a credible explanation from them by now.
I'm trying to contact them every day via support, chat, PM in this forum but nothing, they just ignore me!

Seems like you need to create a huge shitstorm & call them out as TGH did. That site's a joke, as are their shills.
