So. Do tell. How did you determine that information again? Edit - You really should provide some kind of proof - If I was in charge of that abuse address, I'd tell you better have your facts together before I'd even reply to you unless you were wrong, and I'm just a random netop like him ya know?
I think Cloudflare would give that address if you complain to them. I got it too some time ago when I was filing all sorts of complaints. Unfortunately Phoenix NAP doesn't seem to care but still might be worth a try. Maybe it will react eventually if noise gets loud enough.
