Since only bad experiences tend to be reported I will once again state that I have no issues and haven't had for many months using 8.1 and I'm sure that it is the same for virtually everyone. Yes they need to make it so for everyone and given the number and frequency of updates it seems that's what they are working towards.

I think it's only half true that "only bad experiences tend to be reported". I've seen lots of services that get great positive feedback. Actually, there was plenty and plenty of it for the old seals which had working software. I just don't see how 11 months of stagnation can be taken as evidence of progress. Honestly when this new swc thing was reported, I was excited about it. Then I found it only worked on a single OS which rapes you. Then, over the course of 11 months I've pretty much given up hope. I'd still love for these guys to turn it around. Their legacy was #1. But this new incarnation seems like a bad joke in comparison.
